I’m a big advocate for expressing gratitude and thankfulness on days beyond Thanksgiving. One way to do that is through journaling. No matter how big or how small the topic it is, there’s always something you can find to be thankful for. Taking the time to journal and show gratitude for things in my life has helped me appreciate all things from the extraordinary experiences on islands in Mallorca soaking in the sun, to the seemingly mundane ability to have the time and good health for my five mile runs every day.
My action item for you is the inspiration to journal about what you’re thankful for today.
