All gold and all red everything. Those were the colors I vibed with this past summer. Super late post, I know. Now that it’s fall and almost winter I guess the summer vibe has fizzled out on most blogs. Sorry for the late out of season content… I forgot I drafted this post and didn’t set it to publish way back when.
For this look I paired a sparkling traditional red top with a tight collar accented with black lining and floral buttons (from my mom’s college collection of clothes circa 1990’s!), with a black pencil skirt (20$ H&M), wedged gladiator heels gilded with gold (Charlotte Russe 5$), and topped off the look with my fav braided dangly diamond earrings (icing 25$ faux of course).
In all honesty I got the shoes as an impulse buy because they were only 5$! But they looked so ridiculously obnoxious I thought that I would never wear them! Surprisingly they went with every major outfit (3/5) that I brought for my two day weekend excursion to Atlanta, Kentucky, and Indiana, away from summer school… you can never be too prepared. Am I right, ladies?
