I would never pass up the opportunity to wear a cute all white outfit. I was invited to attend LIV Golf’s tournament at Maridoe Golf Course last Sunday and had a time. I have a daily goal of 10k steps/ 5 miles and was able to enjoy getting them in while golf spectating. Despite the sweltering Texas heat, the day and course were absolutely breath taking.
It’s really the simple things that make me look forward to getting up every day. Good company, good experiences, and getting in 5 miles a day. I’m so grateful to be in good health and having even the most mundane goals I set for myself everyday like getting in 5 miles minimum. I look forward to achieving this simple task every morning when I wake up.
I encourage you to take action to make yourself at least one percent better in any way with each day you are given.
