Something I always stress is physical health, which in turn also affects your mental. School can be quite overwhelming along with keeping up a social life, extracurriculars, volunteering, and social media has a life of it’s own that you have to maintain.
I’ve noticed that when I workout I’m able to focus better in school and even feel more emotionally apt/stable.
My little break from my never ending studies involves working out. It’s a major stress reliever. This daily workout included lifting in the PINK Campus Pant (56$) which is mega comfy and can also be worn on lazy days and paired with a mid length sports top bra from the academy ($20). Obviously I didn’t work out in these shoes, but I did go to Walmart to buy cookies in the rain in them!
